Titan Property Professionals provides restoration and general contracting services. Our Site exists to share information about our services, showcase examples of our work, and allow prospective customers to contact us or request a quote.

A quote request does not constitute a binding contract. Any quote we provide is an estimate based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change after an on-site assessment. A formal written agreement, signed by both parties, is required before any work begins. All services performed will be governed by the terms of that separate agreement, not by these Terms.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, project images, videos, and the overall design — is the property of Titan Property Professionals or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the Site without our prior written permission

• Use our project photos, logos, or branding for any commercial purpose

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Site content

• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

The name "Titan Property Professionals, LLC," our logo, and any related marks are trademarks of Titan Property Professionals. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

 

5. Project Photos and Customer Properties

Photographs displayed on our Site may include images of completed projects, jobsites, and properties we have worked on. These images are used with the property owner's permission where required. If you are a customer or property owner and would like a photo removed, please contact us using the information at the end of these Terms.

 

6. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure that information on our Site is accurate and current, but we make no guarantees about the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information provided. Service descriptions, pricing references, project examples, and other details may change without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titan Property Professionals, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). This limitation does not apply to claims arising from restoration or general contracting services performed under a separate signed agreement, which are governed by the terms of that agreement.
