OUR STORY
A YOUNG COMPANY THAT
earned IT'S REPUTATION FAST.

Titan Property Professionals was founded by Joshua Wigle in 2025 — but the work behind the company started years earlier on job sites across East Tennessee, watching what made customers happy and what made them never call a contractor back.
The thread connecting both was almost always the same: communication. Or the lack of it. A contractor who doesn't return calls. A crew that disappears for two weeks mid-project. A schedule that exists only in the contractor's head. Titan was built to put communication first — and to back it up with finished work that earns referrals on its own.
Within months, that approach got noticed. ServPro of Sevier, Jefferson, and Cocke Counties began handing Titan the majority of their post-mitigation reconstruction work. When carriers approve a scope of work after water, fire, smoke, or storm damage, the property still has to be put back together — that's the part Titan handles, and that's the part Allan McMillon (ServPro's owner) put in writing as a recommendation.
Today, Titan builds full home remodels, custom deck builds and additions, finish carpentry, flooring, concrete, and insurance reconstruction within a 50-mile radius of Kodak, Tennessee. up when we said we would, and finishes the job right.

WHAT WE STAND ON
THREE non-negotiables.

VALUE 01
SHOW UP WHEN WE SAY WE WILL
On-time arrivals and clear schedules are the foundation of how we work. We treat every schedule as a commitment, and if something changes along the way, you'll hear from us first.

VALUE 02
BUILD IT LIKES IT'S OUR OWN
Every cut, every joint, every fastener — built with the same care we'd give our own homes. Because the work that gets covered up matters just as much as the work that shows.

VALUE 03
STRAIGHT TALK FROM START TO FINISH
On-time arrivals and clear schedules are the foundation of how we work. We treat every schedule as a commitment, and if something changes along the way, you'll hear from us first.
We'll point out when a repair is the smarter choice than a rebuild. f we made a mistake, we own it. If something will cost more than estimated, you'll know before the work begins — not after the invoice arrives.
